What does our lifeguard training include?
Our lifeguard training classes include learning alongside experienced instructors and hands-on training with realistic mannequins. It also includes:
- Swimming – we will teach you to swim certain distances continuously
- Treading water – we will teach you how to treat water for a certain amount of time
- Timed events – we will teach you how to complete a timed swimming event that includes diving to retrieve an object and swimming back to the starting point
